Caru brandy liqueur is smooth and delicious and can be combined with tonic water and either a dash of orange or apple juice, or with sparkling wine/prossecco/cava and dash of cranberry or apple juice to create a perfect spritz.

Ingredients:

1 25ml measures of Caru

125l of either tonic water or sparkling wine

2-3 ice cubes

Splash of orange/apple/cranberry juice to taste

orange slice/apple slice/cherries to garnish

cinnamon stick

Method:

Fill your glass with ice, add the measure of Caru and pour over the sparkling wine/tonic. Add a dash of orange/apple/cranberry juice to taste. Garnish with relative garnish and serve with a cinnamon stick to stir.
