The dry bitterness of the cranberry is deliciously balanced by the smooth sweetness of Caru. Light & fruity. Easy to prepare spritz and perfect in summer.

Ingredients:

50ml Caru

50ml Cranberry Juice

50ml (or top up to taste) Champagne/Prosecco

Sprig of fresh mint

Ice

Add one or two ice cubes to a glass and pour over 50ml Caru and cranberry juice. Top up with champagne/prosecco. Add a sprig of mint and enjoy.
