Delicious decadent spring dessert.

Ingredients:

1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

1 Scoop Fresh Cherries (or red summer fruits)

25ml Caru Whipped Cream

Sprinkle of Dark Chocolate

Add one or two scoops of the best vanilla ice cream to a glass, sprinkle over a handful of freshly halved and stoned cherries. Carefully pour over 25ml of Caru and spoon or pipe freshly whipped cream on top, sprinkle with a couple more cherries and shavings of dark chocolate.
