Caru brandy liqueur is smooth and delicious simply made just over ice, but for a touch of sophistication try a Caru Old Fashioned.

Ingredients:

50ml Caru

1-2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 ice cube

splash of soda water (optional)

orange slice/maraschino cherry/cinnamon stick

Method:

Fill your glass with ice, add the bitters and stir in the liqueur with the cinnamon stick. Add a splash of soda water if you like and mix. Garnish with the orange and cherry.
